Wine made from authentic Pie Franco grapes. The strains from which the grapes that make up this concentrated wine are extracted are around seventy years old. Intense, although fine, flavors and strong character due to the limestone soils that make up the origins of Valle Hoya de Torres.
Pairing
- Traditional: Añojo chop, angus picaña, suckling pig,…
- Vegan: stews with tempeh or seitan, vegan meatballs, stewed beans or vegetable sobrassada.
Elaboration and aging
- Vinification: After destemming the grapes, the vinification process is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with a maximum temperature of 26ºC.
- Aging: Once the maceration-fermentation process is completed, the wine is bottled for natural aging.
